Unscheduled:

• August 29th: Connectivity issues between Sunet and DDB after emergency maintenance in SUNET-1561. Solved the issue by turning on auto-neg on customer interface.
• August 28th: Our provider's supplier's subcontractor was due to carry out repair work on the fiber link, but had wired it incorrectly. This caused our fiber between Vårsta - Stockholm to go down.
• August 26th: The link between Furudal and Falun went down due to unannounced maintenance.
• August 26th: The fiber between Vårsta - Eskilstuna went down. This is connected to ticket SUNET-1556. A temporary fix is in place. A permanent solution will be planned from our supplier's side through a planning job. This will be announced later.
• August 21st: The router umu-r22 was down due to switchgear audit from site owner, which caused a power outage in the datacenter.
• August 20th: The link between Sveg - Rätan went down due to unannounced impact related to maintenance carried out on SUNET-1505.
• August 13th: We noticed short flaps on the fiber between Östersund and Järpen. No RFO found.
• August 12th: Multiple flaps on the link towards Johannelunds teologiska högskola. No RFO found.
• August 6th: The dark fiber between Hedelunda (HEL1) and Kolbotten (KOB1) lost connection for a few milliseconds. We suspect that it was due to human error.

Scheduled:

• August 29th: Provider performed fiber maintenance to re-route the link between Hedenlunda - Kolbotten.
• August 29th: We performed an emergency maintenance on one of the routers in klx1. Issue with one of the customers that we are tracking in SUNET-1563.
• August 27th: The provider performed hardware maintenance that affected customer services between Stockholm - Göteborg, Ramsele, Fränsta Hörnösand.
• August 26th: Service provider will perform cable relocation due to infrastructure work that affected connection to SMHI.
• August 20th: Supplier performed a planned maintenance that affected the link between Karlstad - Luleå.
• August 20th: SUNET upgraded the routers dco-r11 and dco-r12 to a new software release.
