Unscheduled:

• January 25th: The router equipment gbg-c4, at RISE office Frans Perssons väg 6 in Göteborg was unreachable. The reason for the outage was a fault on one of the providers PE-nodes which has been replaced.
• January 25th: The router equipment fbk-c1, at RISE office Kristineberg Center, was unreachable. The reason for the outage was a fault on one of the providers PE-nodes which has been replaced.
• January 24th: Router irf-r2 was unreachable due to overload of memory and CPU. The router has now been stable for 24 hours, after a configuration change. 
• January 7th: Router was down due to scaling/memory issue. Solved after memory health became normal again.
• January 2nd: Lost management to ARE64. This was due to environmental issues at the site.

Scheduled:

• January 30th: Provider performed an internal upgrade maintenance that affected IP-VPN customer connections to RISE in Piteå.
• January 29th: Provider performed software upgrades within their network. This affected IP-VPN customer connections for RISE in Hudiksvall and Mölndal.
• January 26th: Provider maintenance complete, services are restored at RISE offices: - Kristineberg Center, Fiskebäckskil - Frans Perssons väg 6 , Göteborg
• January 24th: Maintenance complete, link is up. RISE Fiskargatan 8 - sth-c3
• January 23rd: Supplier performed fiber maintenance in Kalix
• January 23rd: Maintenance complete, link is up.  UMU Sunderby sjukhus - lla1-r1
• January 22nd: Provider performed an upgrade maintenance that affected the IP-VPN customer connection to RISE Ole Römers väg 1, Lund
• January 18th: Supplier performed cable work in Göteborg. No outage was detected.
• January 18th: Supplier performed mandatory maintenance in Karlskrona. No outage was detected.
• January 18th: Supplier performed mandatory maintenance in Karlskrona. This affected the connection to Statens Maritima och Transporthistoriska Museer in Karlskrona. No outage was detected.
• January 16th: Provider performed an upgrade maintenance that affected the IP-VPN customer connection to RISE Öståsgatan 25 Bäckhammar, Kristinehamn.
• January 15th: Provider performed an upgrade maintenance that affected IP-VPN customer connection and Internet for RISE Fridtunagatan 41 Linköping.
