Unscheduled:

• April 30th: We got Major FPC0 Error on FPC0 in our router in Narvik. Resolved the issue by rebooting the FPC.
• April 26th: We are experiencing issues with several eduroam sites. For the last weeks it seems that only Arlanda were affected. The issue got resolved after we removed the dhcp configuration on both dhcp servers and let all the ip-leases timeout before we added it again.
• April 18th: The router slu-ume-r1 became unreachable due to high load. A fix to solve this has been implemented.
• April 14th: FPC card error in router kka8-r1 which affected the link between Karlskrona - Kristianstad.
• April 9th: The router kth-r3 in Flemingsberg became unreachable due to high load. A fix to solve this has been implemented.
• April 3rd: The CPE alp-c1 in Alnar became unreachable. This was due to the customer moving their operation to a new address.
• April 1st: Degraded signal between Skövde - Ulricehamn after provider maintenance on SUNET-350. Solved with swapping to new fiber pair.
• March 29th: Provider performed OTDR measurements to track down back reflection after maintenance in SUNET-323. The fiber was damaged, so the connection has been moved to a new fiber pair.
• March 14th: Signal degraded after maintenance between Kalix and Luleå. The link has been restored and there is no impact on any services. A separate case has been opened with the fiber provider to improve the signal on the circuit.

Scheduled:

• April 27th: The optical equipment in Linköping was upgraded to a newer software version.
• April 27th: SUNET performed software upgrades of optical nodes in Stockholm.
• April 26th: SUNET upgraded the software version at one of the optical components in Växjö. No outage observed
• April 26th: SUNET performed software upgrades of optical nodes in Luleå and Umeå.
• April 25th: SUNET performed software upgrades of optical nodes in Jönköping and Lund.
• April 24th: Provider performed a fiber maintenance that affected the link between Skövde - Ulricehamn.
• April 24th: Optical signal issue observed in MAP2 ROADM that affect optical channels towards BAL. SUNET performed restart of ROADM. The link between Mörarp - Ballerup was affected.
• April 24th: SUNET performed routing maintenance on routers hhs-r1 & sh-r2.
• April 24th: SUNET performed software upgrades of optical nodes in Stockholm.
• April 24th: SUNET performed software upgrade of optical node in Västerås.
• April 24th: Provider performed cable relocation that affected the fiber between Björneborg - Karlstad.
• April 20th: SUNET upgraded the software version at one of the optical components in Jönköping.
• April 20th: The ADVA optical node TDR-RM1, KOP-ILA1, ARE64-ILA1 and STBH2-RM1 were upgraded to a newer software version. No outage observed.
• April 19th: Fiber provider performed an internal upgrade maintenance that affected the connection to RISE Arvid Wallgrens Backe 20, Göteborg.
• April 19th: Provider performed fiber maintenance between Norrköping - Visby.
• April 19th: Provider performed a fiber maintenance that affected one of the links towards RISE Brinellgatan 4, Borås.
• April 19th: SUNET performed routing maintenance on routers slu-r2 & vsby-r2.
• April 19th: Maintenance complete. No outage observed.
• April 19th: The ADVA optical nodes KSD1, MAP2, VLA and NKG188 were upgraded to a newer software version. No outage observed.
• April 19th: Provider performed cable relocation that affected the fiber between Björneborg - Karlstad.
• April 18th: SUNET upgraded the software version at one of the optical components in Linköping. No outage observed.
• April 18th: The ADVA optical nodes BOR10, BOS, HSD1 and UPA were upgraded to a newer software version. No outage observed.
• April 18th: SUNET performed software upgrades of optical nodes in Trollhättan, Ulricehamn, Sundsvall, Karlskrona and Kalmar.
• April 17th: Provider performed network maintenance in Stockholm that affected multiple connections towards Riksarkivet.
• April 17th: SUNET performed a routing maintenance on routers hhs-r2 and slu-ume-r2. sh-r2 will be rescheduled to another date.
• April 17th: SUNET performed a hardware maintenance to restore management to the optical node in Grundfors.
• April 17th: SUNET performed software upgrade of the optical node in Kalix. The other nodes were postponed due to ongoing incident in SUNET network and will be rescheduled to another date.
• April 17th: Provider performed upgrade maintenance in Växjö that affected the connection towards RISE Vejdes Plats 3.
• April 13th: Upgrade on Norrköping node will be done next week. The rest of the nodes were upgraded successfully.
• April 13th: SUNET performed an emergency maintenance that affected the link between Kalix - Kiruna.
• April 13th: Provider performed an upgrade maintenance. No outage observed.
• April 12th: Provider performed cable splice on fiber in Skövde.
• April 12th: Provider performed a fiber maintenance in Skara.
• April 12th: SUNET performed software upgrades of optical nodes in Göteborg, Falun, Gävle, Narvik and Karlstad
• April 12th: SUNET performed maintenance on nod KLX1-RM1 in Kalix. More services were affected than initially planned. Maintenance ticket has been updated.
• April 12th: Provider performed upgrade maintenance in Herbert Widmans väg 12, Sköndal. No outage observed.
• April 11th: SUNET performed routing maintenance on routers hhs-r1, kth-r3, sh-r1, slu-ume-r1, irf-r1, slu-r1 and vsby-r1 but didn't finish all the required changes at this time. A new service window will be set to complete this task.
• April 11th: SUNET performed software upgrades of optical nodes in Borgvik, Eskilstuna, Östersund, Kiruna and Hjälta.
• April 11th: Provider performed upgrade maintenance on access nodes in Östersunds sjukhus. No outage observed.
• April 5th: Provider internal maintenance in Gothenburg affecting gbg-c3 complete.
• April 4th: Provider performed network optimization in Norrköping that affected our CPE nkg-c3.
• April 3rd: Provider performed a fiber maintenance in Kiruna that affected the fiber between Kiruna - Rensjön.
• April 2nd: Fiber provider performed an internal upgrade maintenance that affected the connection to RISE Käppuddsgatan 1 Hudiksvall.
• April 2nd: Fiber provider performed an internal upgrade maintenance that affected the connection to RISE Fibervägen 2 Hudiksvall.
• April 2nd: Provider performed an internal upgrade maintenance that affected connections to Riksarkivet in Stockholm, Göteborg, Fränsta, Härnösand and Ramsele.
