Invite others to sign in a sequential workflow


1. Go to edusign.sunet.se and login to the service by clicking on the blue login button.



2. After you have logged in to the service you can upload the documents that you want to sign by clicking on the large rectangle or dragging document onto it. Note that only organisations that have a contract to use the service with Sunet can actually upload documents in the service.


3. When you have uploaded a document you need to "Preview and Approve" the document to ensure that it is the right document you will be signing.
Note that if your document has more than one page you have to go to the last page of the document to be able to approve it.



4. Once the document is approved you can invite others to sign it.


5. If you want to invite people to sign a document in a strict sequential order you can in the Invite popup choose the "Use sequential workflow for signatures". checkbox.


6. As a final step you can add people to the invitation in the order you want them to sign. After you have added people to your invitation you can also "drag and drop" them to change their order if needed.

Once ready you press the "Invite" button to send out the invitation.


7. After you have sent your invitation the first person in your list will receive an email from eduSign notifying them about the invitation. Once the first person has signed the document eduSign will send out an email to the second person in the list notifying them about the invitation, this process is repeated until all people in the list has either signed or declined to sign the document.

You can see in eduSign that an invitation is a workflow invitation by the "workflow invitation" text in the document box.
