This document is a suggested method for Multi-Factor Authentication using Shibboleth and Yubico's u2fval validation server. Supported hardware includes Yubikey FIDO U2F Security key (https://www.yubico.com/product/security- key-by-yubico/#security-key), Yubikey Neo 4 and 5 (https://www.yubico.com/productproducts/yubikey-neohardware/), Yubikey 4 (https://www.yubico.com/product/yubikey-4-series/) as well as U2F tokens from other manufacturers. 

Please note that U2F is only fully supported in Chrome for the momentat present. Support for Firefox is imminent. Microsoft is working on bringing U2F to its Edge browser.
