The assurance level a user account has, can sometimes vary based on the process they used to authenticate when login in to eduSign.

In certain cases the user can raise their assurance level based on an extra secure process to authenticate, if a user gets the below error it can be useful useful to contact their IT support and see if it is possible to raise their Assurance level.

When inviting people to sign it can be useful to ensure their identity provider (e.g. a university) supports the assurance level you are requesting.
