Intresset för ORCID är stort bland universitet, högskolor, bibliotek, forskningsinstitut och forskningsfinansiärer i Sverige. I På denna workshop presenteras vad ORCID är och hur den passar in i forskarens och organisationens verksamhet. Förutom hur en teknisk integration av ORCID görs i organisationens egna system. Förutom presentationerna finns mycket tid avsatt för diskussioner.Dagen avslutas med ett konstituerande möte för SUNETs ORCID konsortium där endast medlemmar av konsortiet har rösträtt. På det konstituerande mötet ska medlemmarna komma överens om konsortiet ska fungera.
Stora delar av workshopen kommer att genomföras av personer som jobbar vid organisationen ORCID och därför kommer workshopen hållas på engelska. Med avseende på detta är även stora delar av inbjudan på engelska.

- SUNET Consorta Meeting with discussions on how to work within the consortia.in your web portals and library systems
