Unscheduled:

• February 24th: An alarm was triggered between Arvika – Karlstad. Alarm was automatically cleared by the surveillance system, and no reason was identified.
• February 14th: The link between Falun - Borlänge flapped. RFO unkown.
• February 13th: The link between Dingle - Uddevalla was down due to fiber break.
• February 10th: After restarting the flash card the issue with the NCU in ADVA node was resolved.
• February 9th: The flaps were related to fiber degradation, tracked under SUNET-2812. As a temporary measure, the optical power levels have been adjusted to stabilise the link. A maintenance window will be announced by the provider to address the issue once the ground thaws.
• February 6th: The link between Kiruna and Falun was flapping extensively. Continued troubleshooting in SUNET-2812.
• February 5th: The Kristianstad–Malmö link was down due to an optical node issue, which was resolved by node equalization and port bounce.

Scheduled:

• February 25th: Provider performed fiber maintenance between Göteborg - Varla, affecting several services traversing this path.
• February 24th: Provider performed power maintenance in Falun. No outages were observed.
• February 23rd: Provider performed fiber maintenance in Västerås. No outages were observed.
• February 23rd: SUNET migrated a set of Stockholm fibers to a new equipment in the SUNET-CD network.
• February 19th: The ADVA optical nodes GRF3-ILA1, GAG3-ILA1 & AJR2-2-ILA1 were upgraded to a newer software version.
• February 18th: The router ess-r1 in Lund was upgraded to a new software release.
• February 18th: The ADVA optical nodes SFF3-ILA1, DOR3-ILA1 & VLM3-ILA1 were upgraded to a newer software version.
• February 17th: We replaced two faulty ROADMs in Haparanda.
• February 17th: Provider performed fiber maintenance between Arvidsjaur - Kåbdalis, affecting several services traversing this path.
• February 17th: The ADVA optical nodes HJD1-ILA1, RTN3-ILA1 & MID2-ILA1 were upgraded to a newer software version.
• February 16th: The ADVA optical nodes TOY1-ILA1, TAD3-ILA1 & AVD1-ILA1 were upgraded to a newer software version.
• February 12th: Provider performed emergency maintenance to investigate attenuation issues on the fiber between Luleå - Boden, which affected services traversing this stretch.
• February 11th: The router ess-r2 was upgraded to a newer software release.
• February 10th: The internal fiber at the Tuggen site had to be cleaned due to high attenuation. All services passing through the site were affected.
• February 10th: Provider perform emergency maintenance to investigate attenuation issue on the fiber between Arvidsjaur - Kåbdalis.
• February 10th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Uppsala.
• February 9th: Provider performed fiber maintenance in Västerås that affected the links going through Västerås.
• February 9th: SUNET performed migration maintenance to move customers to SUNET-CD.
• February 2nd: Provider performed optimization maintenance that affected the link between Visby - Norrköping.
• February 2nd: The provider performed fiber maintenance in Örebro, affecting our backbone link between Örebro - Västerås.
