Add geteduroam.se to CAT

The following can be done on an existing CAT profile or a new (in parallell) profile can be created.

Add a https://geteduroam.se/#letswifi profile the organizations CAT by adding the value as Redirect end users to own web page.

To skip the dual discovery in the app prefix the FQDN in the URL with the short name assigned for your organisation.
E.g https://sunet.geteduroam.se/#letswifi

We do not recommend to use the domain with the shortname in other context then in the CAT profile for the apps. Don't link to it externally.
