Unscheduled:

• July 30th: Provider has temporarily fixed the cable. It will be permanently repaired during upcoming maintenance work.
• July 15th: The link between Östersund and Midskog was down because a field technician moved the wrong fiber patch while troubleshooting for another user.
• July 13th: The link between hh-r22 and lnd88-r11 was down. After signal optimization, the link was restored.
• May 20th: The links between Jönköping - Rusken and Rusken - Alvesta were down due to maintenance by the provider.
• January 10th: We observed errors on the link between Falun and Sundsvall. After signal optimization, the link has been error-free.

Scheduled:

• July 31st: ALM installation completed at the STHB site.
• July 31st: Provider carried out an emergency repair of broken fiber in Lund, affecting the links towards ESS.
• July 29th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Borgvik.
• July 28th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Örebro.
• July 23rd: The fiber maintenance between Kalix and Luleå was cancelled by the provider.
• July 21st: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Halmstad.
• July 18th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Mörarp.
• July 17th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Dövestad, Kimstad, Esklistuna, Vårsta & Stockholm.
• July 17th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Vårsta - Norrköping.
• July 16th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring on 2 sites. Due to access issues we were unable to access the last site. This will be remedied tomorrow.
• July 16th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Skellefteå.
• July 15th: SUNET migrated 1G connections in Stockholm over to SUNET-CD infrastructure.
• July 15th: Provider troubleshot a fiber issue on the link between Lund and Mörarp. The issue was resolved after switching to new fiber.
• July 10th: SUNET migrated 1G connections in Stockholm over to SUNET-CD infrastructure.
• July 9th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Jönköping.
• July 8th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Göteborg.
• July 7th: SUNET re-routed the Géant Alien Wavelengths between Copenhagen and Stockholm back to their original optical path.
• July 4th: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Kalmar.
• July 3rd: SUNET deployed active live monitoring units for all fiber stretches on the circuit going through Strömstad, Dingle & Uddevalla.
